Happy 1 Year!

Well, Jordan and I finally celebrated our first year of marriage. Hopefully people will start taking us seriously now! Is it just me or does it seem like if you can only measure you marriage in months that nobody listens to you! "Oh you're just newly weds" they say. Well I personally hope we feel like newly weds forever! This has been the best year of our lives, I've often heard that the first year is the hardest and I just can't believe that. I think if you made the right decision with the right person in the right place then it's the most amazing year ever! I know we'll look back on these years with no kids and no money and wish we had them back so I'm so grateful for the time we have together now.

Anyway, we went to the Westin La Paloma in Tucson for our anniversary, and we had a lot of fun. We only have a picture of us at a spring training game, and the picture with me and the Diet Coke has a funny story because you weren't allowed to take anything other than water in and I had it at the bottom of my purse with stuff over it so you couldn't see it at a glance, but the stinking bag checker guy was pretty thorough, he had this little stick thing with a light at the end of it and I really thought I was busted! I kept a tight grip on my purse and kept pulling on it to get him to hurry up, and we made it through safely thank goodness, I wasn't about to pay 5$ for a drink inside the stadium!!! So, we saw a game and a couple movies and just hung out by the pool for a few days, it was very nice.

Primary

Jordan and I have been in the primary since we got married and I just wanted to post a picture of our cute little class! They are so funny, I'm not gonna lie, I miss adults, but they always make me laugh. The little girl with the brown hair just asked me if I could go to the bathroom with her and then proceeded to ask me to check her little bum bum for poo!!! Memories.

Bestest Husband!

I had a birthday last week and I know I'm a little late posting this, but like I said, I don't care! Let me just preface this with saying I have the cutest most romantic husband ever and I love him very much!!! With that said, I'll let you know why. I had been sending Jordan some emails of Tiffany's jewelry that I have always wanted knowing full well that we couln't afford it, but I thought it's fun to wish right? Well, I woke up at about 1am the morning of my birthday with a Tiffany's bracelet on my wrist!!! He had put it on me while I was sleeping! It doesn't get any sweeter than that! So, this is a picture of it, and obviously it doesn't do it justice. I love you Jordan!

Miami, Arizona

You can't really tell in the picture where we are at but on our way to go skiing we stopped at the spot where Jordan proposed in Miami! If anyone has ever been there you know it is like the smallest and crummiest little town, but that is where Jordan and I spent our first night together when we met, so it's special to us!

Hookie

I probably shouldn't go back in time, it's like not writting in your journal for a long time and they tell you just to pick-up from where you're at and not go back, but oh well! I played hookie on Martin Luther King Day ( I have a black cousin) and went skiing with Jordan and his parents, and I hadn't been since I was like 12 so I thought it was going to be a very long day with my bum in the snow, but it turned out to be really fun! I didn't see Jordan all day because he was snowboarding and doing his own thing, but I was able to snap some pics before he abandoned me!
