We have just been so busy trying to get ready to move and now trying to get settled that I don't even think about blogging! But now that we are in Kentucky I'm going to try and be better so that all our friends and family back in AZ can see what we are up to. Before we left for Louisville we had a couple milestones. The first one was that my baby girl turned 1! Sadly I never even mentioned it on the blog! Now she is almost 15 months! But this girl is so crazy, I just love her to pieces, and she just has the funnest personality. She is such a ham like her dad and if you start laughing at her it's all the fuel she needs. She is so mature for her age too. All the other little girls here age don't seem nearly as grown up as she does. I think I'm in big trouble with her though, I don't know how she does it but she can sass with a vocabulary of like 5 words, or even just a look! We finally got to the point with her now that we don't rock her to sleep thanks goodness. It only took 13months! I feel so liberated being able to just give her a kiss and put her in her crib, now I know how all you other mothers feel! No wonder you all look cute all the time and have a smile on your face! You weren't spending half your day putting your child to bed! I really think the hardest part if over now with her, we still get into it some days when she is especially stubborn or is getting a tooth and nothing is making her happy, but just give her some fruit snacks and Baby Einstein and she is happy as a clam. Jovie absolutely loves the water which has been so fun, it's actually kinda scary too though because she will literally walk off the pool deck into the water! She actually laughs at the thrill of the feeling of drowning, so we need to get her into swim lessons stat! She's a little monkey, she love climbing on the things and I love watching her try and figure things out. She's just so determined sometimes, and I hope she continues that as she gets older. She says a lot of words now too. Her favorite word is bubbles, but she says, yeah, no, mom, dad, shay shay, ky ky, nanna, up, down, done, doggy. She'll pretty much try and repeat anything we try and tell her to say. One of the cutest things she does is, whenever we are out and about some where she just walks around saying hi to everyone she just brightens every ones day. We joke about taking her to hospitals to walk around to all the patients rooms like the dogs do. It would be so cute. I just can't believe how much she has grown up, but this age is just so much fun and I want to soak up as much of it as I can.
Jordan also graduated from ASU before we left and that was a good day, even though we knew we had another 4 years ahead of us it just felt nice to moving on. After Jordan graduated we starting packing for Kentucky. We moved out her June 1st and we were here for a week before we went to Florida for 3 weeks. And that was great. We spent the first week and half hanging out at my moms just chillin. And then we spent a week down in Ft. Meyers beach and Jovie just loved it! She never wanted to come out of the water. Which is good because if any of you have ever been to the beach in Florida in the summer that is the only way to stay cool. So after the beach we went back to my moms for another week and waited around until the Eclipse premiere. Now in AZ people line up the day of the premiere like first thing in the morning right? So Shayla and I were all paranoid about getting there early enough so we bought tickets ahead of time and then went down to the theatre about 6pm and brought a cooler, chairs, games, books totally prepared to kill six hours and we get there and there is not a single other person besides us waiting in line! We were so embarrassed! So Eclipse definitely not as crazy in Florida as it is in Mesa. Now we know. Anyway, we have been back in Kentucky since July 1st and Jordan started his first day of Dental School! He is so stoked and I must say he looks extremely handsome in his scrubs! These first two weeks are all anatomy and they work on a cadaver for 4 hours everyday, I could never do that, that's for sure. So Jordan leaves the house at about 7:15am and comes home around 6pm and he plays with Jovie Bear and we put her down at 8pm and then he studies till about midnight. What a life right? But he loves it already. We both miss our families like crazy but we are adapting pretty well here. I just try and stay busy during the day and go to new places and make it till 6 when Jordan gets home. I have to mention (although Jordan doesn't want me to) that Jovie had a her first major accident two days before we left Florida, she was being was being extremely fussing all morning and I had left him home and went out with my mom and sister and so he took her outside and decided to light some sparklers to entertain her and well I'm sure you can guess what happened next.....she grabbed the end of it and gave herself a pretty good second degree burn. When we got to Kentucky I decided to take her the ER and she was referred to a surgeon because they thought she may need skin graffs but no worries we cleared that trauma. I have to say that I owe it all to my Heavenly Father, I really think he was looking out for our little girl and has created just a magical little healing mechanism in Jovies body. She is healing up quite nicely I think. Poor Jordan though, the guilt was enough to make him turn white. And it wasn't a week later that he burned his hand pretty good pulling dinner out of the oven and I couldn't help but laugh when his fingers started to blister up. Karma maybe? Anyway, that's what we have been up to lately. I promise to do better and update more often!

Kentucky here we come!

I never thought these words would come out of my mouth but....we are going to live in Louisville! Jordan was accepted into several school and after 40 days (that's how long we had before we had to put money down to save his seat in school) of much pray and thought we have decided that Kentucky is the place we need to be. Jordan is completely psyched to go but I have to admit I've been having my doubts from time to time. As many of you well know, I am quite the homebody, I've never lived anywhere but AZ and I'm totally attached to my family so the idea of leaving was a little hard to grasp at first to say the least. But I'm to the point now where the only thing I'm worried about is the winter weather so if that's the least of my worries then I think I'll survive. We've heard nothing but wonderful things about Kentucky believe it or not. No one has a bad thing to say about it! Who wudda thunk? Anyway, we will be leaving right after graduation in May to have some time to relax and get settled before he starts school in July. So if anyone has a layover in Louisville (that's probably the only reason you would be there) look us up and we would be glad to have you!

I feel like ever since we've had this blog the only thing we update about is dental school and since we know where we are going now, I'm at a loss of things to blog about. Jovie bear is doing good. She is just so funny! I can't take it! She is at such a fun age right now, she's starting to mutter words, trying to walk, giving kisses, turning into such a cuddle bug. I never thought I could love someone this much! Don't get me wrong however, she is definitely still a stinker, but I have to remind myself often that she is perfectly healthy and you can't complain about anything else. I can't believe she will be a year old in April it goes by so fast it honestly hurts. She is growing up so fast and I can't stop it!

Life is good and we are so blessed everyday, enjoy these amazing pictures of Jovie taken by Teresa Hill in our ward!

WARNING: Long Post (but lots of cute pictures)

<img style="display:block; I occasionally slap some pictures on here and call it a day. So I thought I would spend some time doing a nice long update! If any of you don't feel like reading the whole thing then just scroll through the pictures! I know that's what I do!
First a birthday shout out to my wonderful husband! He turns the big 25 on November 2nd. I am so incredibly amazed at Jordan. Ever since we met his only goal was to make it to dental school, I remember when we started talking about our future together, he asked me "Will you go to dental school with me?" Not, "Will you spend your life with me?" or anything like that. And he never had a back up option, he's never wanted to do anything else! I've never met a more driven and motivated person who has wanted a dream so bad as Jordan. He got 8 interviews for school and just finished the last one up. He absolutely loved every school he went to and would just come home with this glow on his face. I am so lucky to have him in my life. I know without a doubt that the Lord sent him to me, mostly because he's the only one that knows how to deal with me! Thank you Jordan for the last 3 years, they have been amazing and I can't wait to grow old with you! I love you.

Secondly, I know I have posted a lot of pictures of our little one, but I never really talk about what a crazy 6 months it's been and what she's like. So this is all about our little one:

1. She is the most stubborn person I've ever met

2. She will melt your heart the moment she smiles at you

3. She has the most beautiful blues eyes I've ever seen

4. She hates to be in her car seat

5. Her favorite thing to do is to look at herself

6. She loves all things metal

7. She thrives in madness, little kids make her the happiest

8. She will wiggle her way out of anything, including the Bumbo (learned that the hard way)

9. She loves the computer and will do anything to get to it

10. She enjoys her daddy-daughter walks in the morning so mommy can sleep

11. She adores dogs

12. She will eat anything, including rocks and grass

13. She is the most amazing thing that has ever happened to us

I'm not going to lie, this little girl can still make me cry but then all she has to do is smile and I remember that she isn't a demon trying to run me out of town! She just likes doing things her way. I seriously don't know where she came from. Jordan and I were the most chill babies you would ever meet. I always put myself to sleep when I was tired and I just sat and watched everything going on around me. But this little diva is well a diva. She's feisty and stubborn. But she's also a little love bug. When I get up with her in the morning we just sit and cuddle on the couch together until she decides it time to play. That's my favorite part of my day. I can't believe she is 6 months already! She has one tooth and does the army crawl. She weighs 16 pounds and she is 28 inches. We are working on getting her to sleep through the night, so for that last week we've had to let her cry it out. Boy that's hard, but then so is not getting any sleep so it helps me be strong and resist the urge to run into her room and cradle her!

Jordan and I have been getting out of the house a lot more lately since I've been able to let go a little of Jovie and let others put her down at night. He surprised me with Brad Paisley tickets this month and we also went and saw U2 with his parents. It's so nice to get out again! Even though I'm on my phone the whole time texting whoever is babysitting, but it's a start!

Our life really is amazing, we have so much to be thankful for. We have a happy, healthy baby with food on the table and a roof over our heads so what more could we ask for? I've really learned so much these past 6 months. Being a mom is honestly the hardest thing I've ever had to do. Everyday my patience is pushed to the max but I remember that this little girl is a gift and she's just on loan to us and I need to be her everything. So that about sums up our life right now! Jordan will hopefully her back from dental schools on December 1st so wish us luck!

Jovie and the Lemon

<embed src="http://www.youtube.com/get_player" type="application/x-shockwave-flash"width="320" height="266" bgcolor="#FFFFFF"flashvars="flvurl=http://v15.nonxt7.googlevideo.com/videoplayback?id%3Dcd74226e45288356%26itag%3D5%26app%3Dblogger%26ip%3D0.0.0.0%26ipbits%3D0%26expire%3D1330102013%26sparams%3Did,itag,ip,ipbits,expire%26signature%3D1C04A1883ACF9E2095C3C4E3BCC62651879C6B42.5AACC9839A3F869955B9DF0F96CA44EEE8D7F11C%26key%3Dck1&iurl=http://video.google.com/ThumbnailServer2?app%3Dblogger%26contentid%3Dcd74226e45288356%26offsetms%3D5000%26itag%3Dw160%26sigh%3Dduri9OjRl73S_az9JeIel_KqDn4&autoplay=0&ps=blogger"allowFullScreen="true" />

We took little Joviekins to dinner on Saturday night and she was starting to get real fussing and antsy so I gave her a lemon for the first time! She just couldn't get enough of it! Even though it obviously didn't taste very good she kept putting it back in her mouth. She is just the most amazing little girl. She sat up for the first time last night and Gma and Gpa Pond's house and she is rolling from one end of the room to the other. She is just growing up too fast, I can't take it! I want my little newborn back, well maybe minus all the screaming.

I forgot to give an update on Jordan and all his dental stuff. He took the DAT in July and did really well. So he has six interviews so far lined. So we'll see :)

Florida!

Just thought I would post some pictures of our trip, we are still in Florida visiting my mom and sister. id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5342523127515465858" />
I was just watching Jovie sleep the other day and she was just looking so cute so I went a little crazy with the camera. She was so cute! I can't believe she'll be 6 WEEKS on Thursday! The time has seriously flown by! She is still very colicky but we've pretty much figured out her schedule and we just deal with it. A couple weeks ago I had an answer to one of my prayers and Jovie and I have a much better understanding of each other. I realized that it wasn't the Lord not answering my prayers that was the problem, it was that I wasn't learning from this experience. I realized that I need to love Jovie even when she's screaming her head off at night and that I can't blame her or be mad at her. The poor thing, it's not her fault and I know that, but I was getting so frustrated with her and the Lord was definitely waiting for me to learn patience and UNCONDITIONAL love, and it's totally change everything! I am so grateful for this little girl, she's amazing. Jordan I figured out last night the hard way that she knows when we've left the room and it makes her angry! We were watching the MTV awards and they were getting ready to show a sneak peek at the New Moon movie and she was in the middle of her nightly fit so I ran and stuck her in the other room just for a moment mind you, and she freaked! I didn't think she even knew the difference but boy was I wrong! She now officially gets ticked if you leave her alone during her fits. Not only this, but she now prefers to be held over anything else. I use to be able to just set her down on the couch if I had to wash her bottles or go to the bathroom or something but now she cries if you set her down! She is working us over big time already! and she's only 6 weeks! We are in for it! Anyway, when you see these pictures you'll see why we put up with all her attitude...

Blessing Day

Well this post a little late, but o'well! We blessed Jovie on Mother's Day and it was the best day ever! I was so glad it worked out the way it did. We had to do it Mother's Day because my mom and sister were going to be leaving the next day to drive to Florida. My sister and her husband moved in with my mom and her husband. Anywho, Jordan did an amazing job and it was a very beautiful blessing. We were so worried that Jovie would be screaming her head off during the blessing but she was perfect. Unfortunately, she is very colicky and we never know when the crying will strike so we always get a little nervous going out with her. I seriously don't know what Jordan and I did to deserve a colicky baby. We were both great babies and our mothers can attest to that! We have tried just about everything but I think we are just going to have to wait it out. I'm still so infatuated with her. I just can't look at her enough and she seems to change every time she wakes up from a nap! I'm so grateful to be a mom, it's the greatest and hardest calling I've ever had, and I will say I underestimated the toll it can take on you. I've never prayed as hard and as often as I have in the last 3 1/2 weeks. I couldn't imagine doing this without the Lord's help. It's hard!!! Anyway, here are some pictures from the blessing...

It's hard to believe that tomorrow my little girl will be a week old already! I'm not going to lie, this week has been a hard one. On the one hand I never knew I could survive off of 4 hours of sleep over a 24 hour period, but you just do. On the other hand I have never been more amazed of our Heavenly Fathers love for us and His perfect plan. I just can't look at this little girl without thinking of just how amazing our bodies are and how our Heavenly Father got it so perfectly right! I just can't get enough of her! I feel so sorry for Jordan when he has to wake up every morning to go to school and work and he doesn't get to spend every moment with her. Granted he gets to sleep at night, so maybe it an even trade? No, I'll take the sleep loss if that means I get to be with her! Jordan really is a natural with her, we actually have to fight to see who gets to change her diapers! And he just loves to hold her and cuddle with her. I think this little girl will get anything she wants out him in the future!

We've had a few outings already and I must say, what an ordeal to take a baby anywhere! Today we went to a store to find a nursing bra and she started getting fussy so we parked and I fed her in the back seat, well we were in a hurry so I fed her and then burped her for a minute and then put her back in her car seat. Not twenty seconds later the entire 2oz I had just fed her had come back up all over her and her car seat! So we then had to change her entire outfit and clean out her car seat. Needless, to say we only made it to one store! Anywho, it's been fun!

8 weeks left!

I don't even know what the point of having this blog is for us! I always come on and check others blogs but when it comes to updating ours I'm just so lazy! I guess part of the reason is that I think we don't ever do anything so there's nothing to update. Jordan and I have had numerous discussions over the last few weeks regarding our lack of well everything I guess. We just keep talking about how we didn't live up our "child-less" years enough and that we didn't do enough fun things. We look at others blogs who go on these crazy fun trips or always have these funny stories to tell. Sometimes it really gets to me and I get sad thinking we haven't done enough, but I have to remind myself and Jordan that we are choosing to go a different route I guess you could say. Jordan's one and only dream is to be a dentist, so for that last two years that is what we have focused on! He has spent every waking hour trying to make his dream a reality and with that has come our lack of well, again, everything. What I do have to say about our lack of "fun" "bloggable" activities however, is that I fall more and more in love with my husband everyday when I see how hard he is working to provide a comfortable future for our family. Now I could say you know, it's going to take you forever to finish school anyway, so take a semester off and work so we can go on a fun vacation. Or baby lets go to the movies tonight, blow off your homework. Or I can't tell you have many Saturday morning he pulls himself out of bed only to have me say "just call in sick this one day and lets hang-out together." He has worked for Wells Fargo for over two years and never once called in sick to work! Anyway, I'm ranting but I just wanted to say, that even though we never post anything on our blog worth anything, our time is coming!!! This will all be worth it in about 9 months when he's been accepted to dental school and he has accomplished his dream!!! So until then just know that we do do fun stuff I just don't see the need to broadcast to all of our stalkers!
Anywho, back to the purpose of this entry! I have only 8 weeks left before our little Sweet Pea comes! I know all you mothers out there can sympathize with the rollercoaster of emotions I am feeling right now. I just can't wait to meet her but on the other hand this has all just gone by way too fast! I've always heard that pregnancy is the slowest 10 months of your life, but I just can't get time to slow down for me! I feel like I can't really ever be ready because how do you prepare for something you have never encountered before? I still can't believe I'm old enough to even be a parent! And I'm older than most first time moms! I still need my own mommy most days! Speaking of my mommy, she will be so graciously at my beckncall for a few weeks once baby makes her arrival, and I am so excited! I don't know what I'd do without her.
We had our last ultra-sound on Friday and everything looks really good, baby is in the 53 percentile and if you know anything about my family and size, average is not a word we use very often. We are very frequently called above average in size, so I say wahoo! to 53 percentile! One thing I did find to be very discouraging however, was that apparently baby has enough hair to "put it in a ponytail" according to the tech. Now I know a lot of people would love to have a baby with a lot of hair, but not me. I have been wanting a bald little baby from the beginning. There's just something unnerving about a newborn with a full head of hair, it just kinda creeps me out! But apparently Jordans genes took center stage this time around. But I'll get my bald baby if it's the last thing I do! I haven't posted any pictures in forever and to be completely honest it's because I don't want anyone seeing Jordan and I at our hugest unless totally necessary! But I will post at least one belly picture hopefully before this is all over. And I do have a few from my shower and some other random things but seeing as how I'm at work doing this extremely long entry I don't have the equipment to upload any pictures! So, just a lot of reading for now.

It's a girl....maybe

So almost a month ago we went to the doctor for our anatomy scan which is where they are supposed to tell you what you are having! But it was no surprise to me knowing my luck, that they weren't able to really tell either way! So I went back a week later, and still nothing. And I go back again next week to see if we will be any closer to distinguishing the sex! They are telling me that the are fairly certain it's a girl but this little one is keeping her legs literally fused together! The first time we went she was sitting Indian style and the second time we went she wouldn't open her legs even the slightest bit! Jordan likes to say she's just being modest like her mommy, so I hope that's the case. I'm banking and hoping it's a girl, I got pretty excited when they told us and I gotta be honest, if they turn around and change it on us I'm going to be a little upset! I've got my heart set on a girl. Anyway, until we know for sure we can't really move forward with decorating or picking out names and even shopping so I'm hoping they can see in between her legs next week! Let us hope.

Zofran

Well I got the golden ticket on Friday! I had another ultrasound and afterwards the doctor asked me how I was feeling and so I said pretty crappy! So she said well lets give you some medicine! And I've been on cloud nine ever since! Where was this stuff 13 weeks ago! I should have asked for something sooner I guess, I just didn't want to look like such a wimp, but knowing what I know now, I'll be on this stuff from day one with the next baby! The best part is it works like instantly so I take it when I first get up in the morning, and ten minutes later I'm totally fine. So no more complaints from me, this pregnancy thing is great!!!

What have we done?!

Well, we've really gone and done it now! We are very irresponsibly bringing a child into this world! This was inevitable but we didn't plan on it happening so soon. I had a miscarriage in July and then turned around and got pregnant about 4 weeks later! Yikes! But so far so good, I'm already 3 months so hopefully we are out of the dark. I'm not gonna lie, it's been pretty miserable and I just keep thinking that it'll get better, but I'm already 13 weeks and the nausea has not subsided by any means! I eat like six things all day every day, baked potatoes, mac&cheese, bagels, toast, cereal, and apples. So I'm still waiting for me to be excited about this whole baby thing! Am I a bad mother already or what?! Jordan's been great and he's really excited so that helps. I know he'll be an amazing dad! Anyway, we just wanted our friends and stalkers to know that we were expecting and baby will be here April 25th!

And we're back.....

Ok so after like a way too long break from blogging, we're back. At least for now. This is the first time in a while that I've even had the motivation to blog. I don't know why, I guess after the initial excitement of getting started I just realized how much time it really takes to keep this thing updated. Especially when everyone one I know is like this "blogging pro" and has all the cutest little thingies all over their pages! Well this is it folks! If you are looking for music and all kinds of fun things to see you are stalking the wrong page!

Anywho, seeing as how summer break is now over, I thought I would just do our summer by pictures instead of a bunch of separate posts.

FIRST EXCITING TRIP: FLORIDA

This may look like a calm, cool corona commercial but don't be fooled! We, as in my sister and her husband and me and my hubby and my brother, went out to Florida to visit my mom for a week in May. We found this quiet secluded public area that was surrounded by private beach and decided to stop for a while and enjoy the view. And what happened about an hour into the relaxing was pretty traumatic to say the least! We were just all snoozing when we heard some guy yelling for help that was coming in from the water, he said his friends were drowning and he needed help! So my mom starting calling 911 and someone at the hotel next door that they were staying at went up and got a life preserver, Jordan and I were in the bushes behind us at the time because I needed to go tinkle and didn't want to get in the water! When we started walking back, we see my brother swimming out to rescue someone in the water, just then my brother-in-law sees another guy face down so he, Jordan and I start swimming out to the other guy! Well, to make a long story short, we weren't heroes that day, both of the men drowned and didn't make it once we got them to shore, but they had gotten stuck in a riptide and I guess panicked! If anyone has ever seen a dead drowning victim, then you can empathize with me when I say, I'll never forget the sight. When I went to pull the guy over in the water, his eyes were wide open and he was foaming at the mouth. Not a pretty sight. Anyway, it really kinda put a damper on our trip. And I still can't and probably never will, be able to get the images out of my head. After Florida, we got home and I decided for a myriad of reasons to quit my job, which I fully regret now! And I am still to this day looking for something permanent!

TRIP TWO: RAGGED MOUNTAIN, COLORADO

Jordan's family had a family reunion in June, that we attended for a week. I would like to say that it was unbelievable and I had a blast, but unfortunately I had a miscarriage while were there so needless to say, I wasn't in a hurry to stay. I was only 8 weeks along and luckily we hadn't told many people(that's probably why this is the first you are hearing of it) but now we at least know we are ready....maybe. But, I think we were able to salvage a few good memories and Jordan just is totally in his element when he's around his extended family so I think he enjoyed himself

Since that trip we have been extremely low key, seeing as how I was out of job and still kinda am. We have never experienced true poor until now, but we definitely have been so blessed. The numbers don't add up every month and we know the Lord truly has picked up the tab. My testimony of tithing and faith and has never been so tested and strengthened at the same time. This summer has been such a time for growth for us I think. I don't regret one thing that happened, well maybe quitting my job still! But everything else has been such a learning experience for us.

So now that school is back in session, I become a widow again, and have to find ways to fill my free time while Jordan is hard at work. I really am so proud of him. And since he is not responsible for this blog nor does he know how to work it, I'll take the liberty of bragging about him since he would never do it himself. Jordan wants to be a dentist and has spent the last 3 years working hard for it. He has maintained straight A's in the hardest of classes, and still finds time to make me feel like the luckiest girl in the world. He still has a year to go before he takes the DAT but I know he'll do it. If anyone can it's him!

Well, here are a few more pictures of our summer, mostly from our Florida trip(the fun parts) and hopefully with all my spare time there will be more to come!

We were waiting for Shamu when this huge huge storm blew in and everyone got soaked and Shamu was no longer!

This is my momma and sister at the airport before we left Florida

This picture is just a little something to make you squirm. It's just an added perk of living on ASU East campus!

Toesies

Ok so this is really not a great picture, but it's the best I can do!!! Please excuse the dryness, I guess I didn't lotion that day :)

Happy 1 Year!

Well, Jordan and I finally celebrated our first year of marriage. Hopefully people will start taking us seriously now! Is it just me or does it seem like if you can only measure you marriage in months that nobody listens to you! "Oh you're just newly weds" they say. Well I personally hope we feel like newly weds forever! This has been the best year of our lives, I've often heard that the first year is the hardest and I just can't believe that. I think if you made the right decision with the right person in the right place then it's the most amazing year ever! I know we'll look back on these years with no kids and no money and wish we had them back so I'm so grateful for the time we have together now.

Anyway, we went to the Westin La Paloma in Tucson for our anniversary, and we had a lot of fun. We only have a picture of us at a spring training game, and the picture with me and the Diet Coke has a funny story because you weren't allowed to take anything other than water in and I had it at the bottom of my purse with stuff over it so you couldn't see it at a glance, but the stinking bag checker guy was pretty thorough, he had this little stick thing with a light at the end of it and I really thought I was busted! I kept a tight grip on my purse and kept pulling on it to get him to hurry up, and we made it through safely thank goodness, I wasn't about to pay 5$ for a drink inside the stadium!!! So, we saw a game and a couple movies and just hung out by the pool for a few days, it was very nice.

Primary

Jordan and I have been in the primary since we got married and I just wanted to post a picture of our cute little class! Let me just preface this with saying I have the cutest most romantic husband ever and I love him very much!!! With that said, I'll let you know why. I had been sending Jordan some emails of Tiffany's jewelry that I have always wanted knowing full well that we couln't afford it, but I thought it's fun to wish right? Well, I woke up at about 1am the morning of my birthday with a Tiffany's bracelet on my wrist!!! He had put it on me while I was sleeping! It doesn't get any sweeter than that! So, this is a picture of it, and obviously it doesn't do it justice. I love you Jordan!

Miami, Arizona

You can't really tell in the picture where we are at but on our way to go skiing we stopped at the spot where Jordan proposed in Miami! But I'll start with our love story I suppose....

Jordan and I met on September 16th, 2006 at our ward bbq, however, if you ask Jordan, he didn't know it was a ward bbq and he never knew that we were in the same ward either (I've learned that he's not very observant). Anyway, I went with my friend Katie Salmon and Jordan showed up with a couple of his friends that Katie knew as well and my life has never been the same! Jordan and I struck up a conversation that led to our love of a restaurant in Miami, Arizona called the "Burger house" but strangely it serves mexican food. So, six of us decided to drive to Miami that night to go satisfy our craving and that's were the fun began. Jordan and his friends had us girls in fits of laughter all night, and it was the funnest and funniest night of my life. Jordan says he fell in love with me that night, when we made a pit stop at the Shell station and I pulled out a couple gloves and a softball and asked him if he wanted to play catch. It sealed our fate! The rest of the story goes very quickly after that, we kissed a week later, said "I love you" a week after that, and decided to get married in the 3rd week! Unfortunately, we had to wait 4 months to get married though since we needed to wait for a break in the school schedule. We have our 1yr anniversary coming up on March 9th and it has been the most amazing year!
